My belly is just under 32 inches and my waist is 1 inch smaller. Been eatting 1300 calories per day average and burning another 500 per day on a ski machine for the past few months. I’ve gotten two different measurements for my body fat. I hand held machine that you hold and punch numbers into tells me by Bodyfat is 10.5% When i do the YMCA mathmatical method it says my body fat is 13% Problem is im getting pretty skinny here and i still dont see my abs. I dont wanna look like DJ Qualls before i can finally see my abs, so what do i need to do to burn fat and not lose weight?
