			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You can&#8217;t really eliminate fat from just one part of your body, if you want a smaller belly, you have to burn the fat off of your entire body. Crunches and such, help strengthen yours abs, but the fat is still there, covering your ab muscles.<br />
Basically, do cardio, running, swimming, biking, even walking will do. After you have burned the fat off, your stomach will appear much more defined, if not, do some more ab exercises. Of course, you must consistently do these exercises. You can&#8217;t expect to run one mile and lose 5 pounds! Just do anything to keep yourself active, in time you&#8217;ll have a nice flat tummy!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve been reading that the best time to burn fat is right after I wakeup and before eating my first meal.  After all those hours fasting, the fat-to-carb burn ratio is higher as glycogen stores are more depleted, and the body has less carbs to burn overall.  I usually get a sore stomach feeling after around 30min, and I think it&#8217;s just stomach acid trying to digest something that isn&#8217;t there.  I don&#8217;t want to get an ulcer or anything, so I&#8217;ve been feeling self-conscious.<br />
Would it be alright to eat or drink some zero-carb/zero-fat casein protein powder to keep my stomach busy while I burn fat?&#8230;or would this mess up the process.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am fairly skinny.. about 130 pounds, or even less, and I am 17. I have no problems with my weight, just my stomach. It sticks out even when I stand up straight, and especially when I sit down it&#8217;s even worse.<br />
I walk 4 miles almost everyday home from school, I run for 30 minutes two or three times a week, and workout for about the same amount of time. Sometimes I do sit-ups, but I know those alone won&#8217;t get rid of my stomach fat.<br />
I have been doing this for about a month or two, and haven&#8217;t seen ANY results. Would my diet and amount of food I eat incorporate a lot into losing my stomach fat? Because I eat a lot of small meals during the day, along with lunch and dinner. So I think that could be why, but also if I&#8217;m doing the right excercises, wouldn&#8217;t that just burn off that fat anyway?<br />
Any REAL help (not any rude or pointless comments) would be MUCH appreciated.</p>
