What Are The Best Excercises For Losing Belly Fat?

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knows what the best excercises for losing bellyfat are? The other parts of my body are normal but I just can’t seem to get rid of some fat on my stomach that has been upsetting me for years. I know that stomach cruches and situps and that only help build muscle and dont help burn fat, you just build muscle underneath the fat but you wont see a difference until its gone. any excercises that have worked for you? any types of food maybe as well? thanks!

What Burns Fat Faster Sprinting Or Jogging?

i work out a bit, and at the end of every work out session i take a small break then run. my goal right now is to burn belly fat around the stomach. everyone says “do both!” but which should i do more of if i want to burn my fat off. im trying to get my abs to show.

What Else Can I Do To Build Muscle, While Burning Fat?

I go to the gym 4x a week and do some lifting, mainly my arms, chest, back, and abs. I do a little with my legs sometimes but not really that much. I want to concentrate on these areas with the muscle building, but i have some stubborn fat around my stomach that really doesn’t want to go away…
What can I do to help build muscle while burning away some of that fat? Like what foods should i eat?, etc?

What Is A Good Way To Get Rid Of Belly Fat?

i am thin, but i still have belly fat. i really want to get my stomach more toned, not just the flab i have now. im not talking about some incredibly muscular six pack here, i just want a toned non-flabby stomach.
what are some good ways to achieve this goal? do i have to be excercising everyday? im a teen, so i have school and lots of hw, so i don’t have all this time to excercise? i know i’d need to do cardio to burn the fat first, otherwise, i’d just add muscle on top of the belly fat.
