How Could I Lose Some Of My Stomach Fat?

I am fairly skinny.. about 130 pounds, or even less, and I am 17. I have no problems with my weight, just my stomach. It sticks out even when I stand up straight, and especially when I sit down it’s even worse.
I walk 4 miles almost everyday home from school, I run for 30 minutes two or three times a week, and workout for about the same amount of time. Sometimes I do sit-ups, but I know those alone won’t get rid of my stomach fat.
I have been doing this for about a month or two, and haven’t seen ANY results. Would my diet and amount of food I eat incorporate a lot into losing my stomach fat? Because I eat a lot of small meals during the day, along with lunch and dinner. So I think that could be why, but also if I’m doing the right excercises, wouldn’t that just burn off that fat anyway?
Any REAL help (not any rude or pointless comments) would be MUCH appreciated.

Is It True If You Can Hold Your Stomach In It Burns Stomach Fat?

no, it helps the stomach muscles and posture.
but when you hold in your stomach muscles, they get trained to stay in. so they will do it naturally after a while, and that is why people would look thinner.
its like keeping your shoulders straight, if you keep doing it, they will do that naturally.

I’m Trying To Burn Off Some Fat From My Lower Stomach??

Hi. My lower stomach has loose fat on it but my upper stomach is fine.
I do a lot of crunches and run daily but i can never lose any weight from my lower stomach. My upper stomach loses weight and sometimes even looks muscular but my lower areas still look gross.
What exercises should i do to burn off my lower belly fat?
I go to lifetime fitness as well so if u know of any good machines there let me know. Also if there is certain types of food i should eat to keep my lower tummy from getting bigger, that would help too. :]

Is Doing Low Level Cardio On An Empty Stomach Better Or Worse At Burning Fat?

If I did cardio on an empty stomach would I be burning muscle or fat?

What Is A Good Workout To Burn Fat And Get Abs?

Hi,
I am a teenager (girl) at 5′ 8-9″ and I have some body fat that I want to work off with a good exercising routine.
I am kind of flexiable, and not overweight, and love to exercise, but I still have a little stomach fat and thigh fat.
Please give me a daily routine that is fun, and can be done inside for the winter.
