You must do a combination of cardio (to burn off the fat currently hiding your abs) and weight training to build up the muscles.<br />
A total body weight program to work all your muscels will work wonders (you&#8217;d look a bit odd if you had fantastic abs but were weedy looking everywhere else). Pilates type exercises, such as the plank, will help. Try doing sit ups/pushups on a stability ball too &#8211; much harder! But work great!</p>
