Im Trying To Lose Some Belly Fat?

Hi im 17 and a male and recently ive been trying to lose belly fat on my stomach. I’m not fat but i have a little bit of fat on my arms and fat on the bottom of my stomach by my belly button.
For the past 11 days ive been doing cardio everyday (Excercise bike) and been on that for about 40minutes. Ive been burning 800 calories according to that.
Foods i haven’t eaten no junk, no fried foods – no choclates – no crisps even though ive been tempted to i haven’t. Im just wondering if it’s paying off because it’s been 11 days and i haven’t noticed a change.
Breakfast i usually eat cereal which is 3 wheatabix with milk
Snack – usually fruit like a bannana if im hungry.
Lunch usually a sandwich with ham.
If im hungry il try and find something to snack on here.
And dinner whatever mum or dad cooks as im 17 im limited to food choices, not making exscuses but i am. For dinner recently we have had things like. Jacket potatos with beef mince – tuna pasta – salads with couple sausage rolls.
I just wan’t to know if im doing it right or not.
Am i doing it wrong? It’s been 11 hard days now and i still haven’t noticed anything change on my stomach I just want it to be sucked in as if im breathing in a little as the way it is now is unattractive and i don’t feel comfortable with it at all.
Thx

How Many Cals Or Fat Cals Would Have To Be Burned To Lose An Inch Of Belly Fat?

I found this on this website.
There are more tips and info.
Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there’s also the Jojo-effect.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That’s an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn’t that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

Keep on doing your thing.
Take care,
:-)

How Can I Trigger My Body To Lose Belly Fat And “love Handles” Before Other Parts?

I am a skinny 23-year-old guy who eats healthy and exercise. However, I never really had the V-muscle showing and my belly has always been little bit flappy. My body is so fit but it always stores fat on the sides “love handles” and belly. I even went on a 23-days fast where I didn’t eat at all and did “master cleanse” and I even lost the fat on my legs but my body still kept the stored fat around those areas. How do I trick my body to start burning the fat in this area first. I do crunches and other belly exercises without much results. It’s like, no matter how little i eat, my body is insisting on keeping some fat there for the case of starvation.

If I Can’t Lose Fat Off My Stomach, Then Why Do We Do Crunches, Sit-ups, Etc.?

I’m fourteen, and i have 33% of body fat, but I am highly active. Most of my body fat is near my stomach. I was going to do different abdominal exercises, but they say crunches and sit-ups don’t burn fat off your stomach which makes no since. What does this mean and what can i do to lose belly fat and lower my body fat percentage?

How Do I Lose Remaining Belly Fat? (once And For All!)?

I’m 5′2, weight about 115-120 (gained from working out), with a slim (not skinny) and somewhat curvy figure. I’ve been working since mid-May – mainly doin swimming aerobics 2x/wk and some strength training on the side. I’ve been doin ab workouts (mainly the bicycle manuevers).
At first, my intention was to just tone all around and not lose any weight but the only “fat” i have is my tummy. Thin girl, big belly – it’s genetics. It’s now July and my belly has trimmed, it’s flat but still flubby. I’m kind of getting frustrated…and i’m really hoping to have it very lean by the end of the month.
What cardio fat burning exercises do you recommend? Any more ab exercises? Do i just have to do ab workouts everyday? Like I said, I don’t wanna lose too much weight so I was going to do moderate cardio….
