How I Managed To Burn Stomach Fat And Lose 44 lb In Three Months

Would you believe a friend of mine, who did not know anything about my burn stomach fat site, found it in the internet? I was in shock!  Suddenly, I realized I had not introduced myself in my blog. So, this is a short version of how I learned how to burn stomach fat.

I love outdoors. I just love hiking, biking, walk all the way to the volcanoes. Almost without realizing it, I stopped my outdoor activities when “real” life started and I went to work.

As a successful corporate engineer first and as an entrepreneur later, I had to work many hours. Soon enough I adopted poor nutrition habits that left me over weighted and slow. Not only I had to wear bigger sizes, but also was unable to recover acceptable energy levels. I was tired, had to make a big effort to complete my daily tasks at work. I had no energy to enjoy outdoors. And I was ashamed of my big belly and of not knowing how to burn my stomach fat.

I was very lucky to find a coach that showed my the way.  I started a weight loss program based on healthy supplements. I loved the fact that I never had to starve to achieve my goal.

Three months later, I had recovered my weight. I had lost 44 pounds and was having extra levels of energy.  I was able to play races with my little nephews… as many times as he asked to. Today, I like a lot the way I look and feel.

Not only I lost weight, burned my stomach fat and got an energy level boost, but I realized my need for junk food decreased. I don’t even buy my favorite cookies anymore. I don’t care for them as much.

So, I went from total ignorant in regards to how to burn stomach fat and lose weight to being a coach for a lot of people.  That was my main headache when I was overweighted… and I am so happy and proud of not having a big stomach anymore!

I can’t help myself telling everybody. That’s why I have this blog dedicated to show people how to burn stomach fat and to share tips on how to do it.

I’m Trying To Burn Off Some Fat From My Lower Stomach??

Hi. My lower stomach has loose fat on it but my upper stomach is fine.
I do a lot of crunches and run daily but i can never lose any weight from my lower stomach. My upper stomach loses weight and sometimes even looks muscular but my lower areas still look gross.
What exercises should i do to burn off my lower belly fat?
I go to lifetime fitness as well so if u know of any good machines there let me know. Also if there is certain types of food i should eat to keep my lower tummy from getting bigger, that would help too. :]

Burn Belly Fat…but Not Fat From Anywhere Else!??!!?

well here is the deal…..
im trying to get back into a size 3. the thing is that i only wanna lose weight from my abdominal area sice i have skinny legs and such!lol.
any good workout recomendations???

Burn Off Calories To Lose Stomach Fat?!?

I read that we can’t really lose stomach fat by just doing abs exercises, but that we also have to do cardio to burn our calories to take off overall body fat. However I am really light (about 125 lbs) and I don’t think I want to lose any more weight. But doesn’t doing cardio exercises imply losing weight?

I Need A Quick, Easy And Effective Way To Lose Belly Fat On My Lower Belly…to Burn The Fat And Tone My Tummy

i can’t do a lot of extensive working out, b/c i have muscle problems and i don’t have a very good place to do it…dieting helps to an extent, but i always fail my diets and i can lose a few pounds, and manage my eating after that but im a teenager and its hard to lose a lot of weight. is there any exercises i can do to burn this lower tummy fat? i just want a flatter toned belly. but i don’t have a very accessible place to do a big work-out…can anyone help?
