The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That’s an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn’t that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

and i need some easy no equpment needed ab and love handles word outs that will burn that flabby jelly belly fat gut away i two months!!!
i can hold my gut and it is about 1in. thick and i have it!!

I Am A Male Ballroom Dancer, But I Have Some Fat On My Belly + Pecs That I Want To Get Rid Of?

Are there any activities other than the gym that are outdoor, free and fun in and of themselves in the summer? I want to burn the fat and tone up the muscle, but it has to be fun or i will lose interest. I live in a hot (105 degree) weather so that has to be a factor.

Im Pretty Skinny, But I Have A Little Extra Fat. Build Muscle Then Go On And Burn Fat? Or Lose My Fat First?

Im fairly skinny. Size 32″-34″ pants 17 years old, about 145-150 pounds and 6ft tall.
I have a little fat though on my stomach and I can see it very slightly lately on my chin, only ever so slightly though. No one would call me fat I don’t think. Most people call me skinny :P .
Anyway, I go to the gym about 2 or 3 times a week and was wondering if I should focus mainly on my weight training program to build muscle and build up and then 3 months or so down the line or when I see fit go on to do cardio based excersise and burn fat? Or vice versa?
