What Excercises Are Good For Burning Fat In The Stomach And Chest Area?

Diet and cardio exercise will help you lose fat.
The bad news is that you can’t “spot-burn” fat.That means you don’t get to pick where the fat goes away first.Your body will decide that.
Bench presses and ab crunches are great for building those muscles,but they WON’T focus your fat-burning efforts where you want them.

Will Doing More Sets Of Pushups 5-6 Days A Week Help Burn Off Belly Fat?

No, you can’t burn fat from specific areas like that.
And just doing loads of the same exercise over and over will lead to boredom, and possibly injury. If you just strenthen one group of muscles, without the corresponding ones – you will have all kinds of muscle imbalances/weaknesses.
You must do a combination of cardio (to burn off the fat currently hiding your abs) and weight training to build up the muscles.
A total body weight program to work all your muscels will work wonders (you’d look a bit odd if you had fantastic abs but were weedy looking everywhere else). Pilates type exercises, such as the plank, will help. Try doing sit ups/pushups on a stability ball too – much harder! But work great!

How Could I Lose Some Of My Stomach Fat?

I am fairly skinny.. about 130 pounds, or even less, and I am 17. I have no problems with my weight, just my stomach. It sticks out even when I stand up straight, and especially when I sit down it’s even worse.
I walk 4 miles almost everyday home from school, I run for 30 minutes two or three times a week, and workout for about the same amount of time. Sometimes I do sit-ups, but I know those alone won’t get rid of my stomach fat.
I have been doing this for about a month or two, and haven’t seen ANY results. Would my diet and amount of food I eat incorporate a lot into losing my stomach fat? Because I eat a lot of small meals during the day, along with lunch and dinner. So I think that could be why, but also if I’m doing the right excercises, wouldn’t that just burn off that fat anyway?
Any REAL help (not any rude or pointless comments) would be MUCH appreciated.

how can i get rid of my belly fat? what should i do?? also i got those fat thigh (quadriceps), any idea of how i can burn fat?
I’m around 80-90 kg/ 160-180lb. an other thing, at what weight you’re considered fat?
