Interval cardio training is a great way to burn fat.  Interval training would be like this: 2 minutes at a higher intensity then 1 minute at a lower intensity.  Intensity could be a higher speed, higher incline, more resistance.  You could also add cardio into your workout by lifting 4-5 sets then do your cardio for 5-10 ten minutes then repeat. Of course core (abs, oblique, lower back) also needs to be done during your workout.</p>

I&#8217;ve heard that eating too much wheat/high carb foods, for someone in my situation is not good.  But I dont know what to eat in it&#8217;s place.  I love food and need to eat something that will make me feel satisfied, and at the same time support me in burning fat fast, by training.  Can anyone out there help?</p>

not to sound like a jerk, but you&#8217;ve got to understand a simple principle here &#8211; you CAN NOT target one specific area of your body to burn fat from. Sorry, it just doesn&#8217;t work that way.<br />
To burn belly, or any other kind of fat, you need to run a CALORIC DEFECIT &#8211; that is, you need to burn more calories each day then you consume. But it can be tricky, because you should only be looking to have a daily defecit of about 100-200 calories, TOPS. Anything more will, in the long term, make it harder to lose weight.<br />
The people who answered &#8220;run,&#8221; or &#8220;do cardio&#8221; are right on the money &#8211; but they left out that you need to be training at your TARGET HEART RATE for at LEAST 30 mins/3 days a week(and that is to MAINTAIN your current level of fitness &#8211; to burn fat, you&#8217;re going to have to do a lot more than that). The good news is that, often times, adjusting your diet and eating habits alone can do wonders for a body (particularly women, for whatever reason). So, you need to begin with diet and calories, and add to it cardiovascular/aerobic exercise, and the fat will begin to come off. If you&#8217;re already pretty skinny, it will probably be slow going. But if you have &#8220;a little more to love,&#8221; the immediate results can be pretty gratifying. Hope this sheds some light &#8211; good luck!</p>

My Resources: Weight Bench, Tons of Protein powder, what ever food,<br />
I&#8217;m looking for the best, fastest possible way to achieve my goal. I will do what ever it takes. I have the dedication, I just need a guide. another problem is I used to be obese and I have allot of extra skin over everything which I dont f&#8217;n want.<br />
Personal Info: Im a varsity inside linebacker for my high school, during the off season I tend to eat allot. I do believe I have a low metabolism. I also wrestled for awhile till I injured my knee. I want to get ready for summer with a flat body for swimming and teh girls..<br />
Im willing to go on a good diet also, even if it consist of weigh protein and fruits/vegi&#8230; I enjoy to run but dont know if thats what I need or what else I need to do. (Jog/ Sprints/ Walk/ Power Walk) ext. or what not.<br />
