Any form of exercise burns fat by expending energy. You cannot “regionally” burn fat, say in your stomach, by working those muscles. I only have a little belly fat. But I want abs, and I’m working out by doing crunches, bicycle crunces, and so on, I do feel the “burn”, but will those types of excercises alone do the job, or am I just wasting my time? : Bicycle, Burn Stomach Fat, Crunches, Ect., Planks
