Would Cycling An Hour,4 Times A Week Help Burn Belly Fat
I am joing a cycle fit class that is an hour long each day at my ymca and I plan on using it 4 times a week.
Would it help me burn body fat all over?

Those classes will have you sweating buckets, and you should be burning a good 1000 Calories per hour! If you combine that with sensible eating, you will lose body fat & gain tremendous fitness. While your at the Y, add 30 minutes of weightlifting or weight circuit training. By adding muscle, your metabolism will increase & you’ll burn fat even faster.

yeah it would help but if u are eating fatty food it wont help.
i use a rowing machiene and they are really really good beacuse you get a great cardio work out and it tones your muscle aswell

That will help your burn the fat, but you should also diet.

yes it will providing its over 20 mins.. and u are eating a good diet… that means cutting back on carbs..
