I go to school I came back and like today I eat just like6 nuggets!!
then I go to my garage I jump the rope 300 times
the I run for a 45 minutes
mmmmmmmmmmm…. the I do ABS
the I do chest press in total 180
then biceps 100
but I dont know what a my doing wrong
Whats wrong I dont lose belly fat???
how can I burn more calories??

well you should make sure the nuggets are healthy because if they aren’t it could be the problem. also your exercises work out your arms and legs more then your belly. the key is to do lots of sit-ups. It will definitely work.

It’s somewhat difficult to follow what you are saying here, but I will try to make some suggestions.
Diet is as important to weight lose as your workout. Don’t try to reduce your intake too much. That just triggers the famine response in your body and prevents it from losing fat. Improve the quality of the food you eat instead. I don’t know what you mean by “nuggets”, but it doesn’t sound like a balanced diet, rich in quality proteins and all your phytonutrients to me.
Try mixing up your cardio a little. Twice a week, instead on running 45 minutes, try this: warm up jog for two minutes. Sprint as fast as you can for one minute, then slow it down to a jog for another minute. Continue to alternate one minute of sprinting with one minute of jogging (keep moving, don’t stop) for twenty minutes.

You need to be eating a healthy and balanced diet, and continue with your exercise program.
