Will Jogging Three Miles A Day Help Burn Belly Fat?
Jogging that much everyday will burn more than just belly fat. Running is a cardiovascular (cardio) exercise and uses all of your muscles, and by doing that it will burn fat from any areas that you need to lose it.
As your arms, legs, abs, etc get stronger they will shed the fat in no time. However, if you’re not used to running and just jumping to 3 miles I wouldn’t do that because 3 miles as a beginner is definitely a big start. Start out small and work your way up or else you’ll get exhausted and your body will get accustomed to thinking that exercise is doing more harm to you than good.
Start out with a mile, or even half, and stretch well before you do so. As you feel you can take on a longer distance – try it. If you fall short, then stop and don’t over exert yourself. Just try to work at that pace, then a few days later strive to go longer.
Running isn’t easy for beginners and you can’t just jump to 3 miles. Just take the right steps you need to, because if you get in a hurry and ignore signs from your body to stop or wait then you’re going to look great now but you’ll be paying the price sooner or later.
Do remember though diet is a huge part of the “losing belly fat” process as well. So get to know your good and bad foods before you think it’s only exercise you need to improve on.
Good luck

Jogging, like any exercise, burns calories. Three miles of jogging will burn as many calories as 3 miles of sprinting. Calories burned are a function of body weight moved over distance. However, carbohydrates are burned before fat. Whether 3 miles is adequate to burn fat will depend on diet.

Yes! Jogging is the best way to burn fat fast and your stomach is generally the first place you will lose weight from. Diet is also really important, stick to 3 meals a day, heaps of water and 5 hour gaps between meals and you’ll lose it in a few weeks no problems!
Good luck!

Yes it will help, walking those 3 miles will work just as well. Don’t forget to lift weights 1-3 days a week also. Cardio burns fat AND muscle, so you need to weight train to save as much muscle as possible to prevent your metabolism from slowing.
