Will I Lose Belly Fat?
Is it possible to lose 3.7 out of 4 percent of my belly fat by burning 1000 calories on treadmill each day? If you have a recommendation, then please state it. And is it possible to lose 1 pound each day, until you run out of belly fat? Like for example, 3500 calories= 1 pound. So if I burn that much, I lose a pound right? I really want to lose all my belly fat, and I wonder if that’s possible by June 2008 on a treadmill. Thanks^^

You may lose weigh by working out on a treadmill, but I doubt that you will lose all your belly fat. I’ve been trying to lose mine, too, for many years only to find out it’s not all fat ! My stomach muscles are shot and the only way to get rid of my bloated look is surgery. Just working out on a treadmill alone won’t get you in the shape you are seeking.
If I were you, I’d see a nutrionist or doctor to set you up on a good weight loss diet, then a personal trainer at a gym or athletic club. Your food intake is what will let you lose weight safely, and an excercise program concentrating on your core muscles to help you get back in shape. Don’t wait too long to get help. It won’t be easy, but you have a goal, and you can make it happen.
You will need to eat properly to lose weight, and may have to measure your daily food. That is one of the “rules” of Weight Watchers. Do you do your own cooking? Pick up a copy of Weight Watchers magazine for some good recipes. Watch your fat intake, and portion sizes. No seconds. Good luck.

i think………….. it is possible i gueess……… cuz i have to lose ma extra fat too by june 2008……. so that i can go back to ma country………….
