Will I Lose Belly Fat Using Treadmill? If Not What Exercises Should I Do?
Is it possible to lose 3.7 out of 4 percent of my belly fat by burning 1000 calories on treadmill each day? If you have a recommendation, then please state it. And is it possible to lose 1 pound each day, until you run out of belly fat? Like for example, 3500 calories= 1 pound. So if I burn that much, I lose a pound right? I really want to lose all my belly fat, and I wonder if that’s possible by June 2008 on a treadmill. Thanks^^

you won’t lose 1 pound a day; that is too much too fast, but you can get in shape by June; when you diet you burn fat….from wherever you have it, so your belly fat will be included, but it won’t be the only fat burned…..

in order to effectively loose weight you need to work every part of your body. for the abdomen push ups, crunches, and bicycles work the best. also if you have a medicine ball do crunches while holding it above your head. that way it works your abs harder and your arms as well.
