CARDIO!!!! It melts fat off your stomach. Combine with crunches for definition but first you have to melt it all off with cardio. Trust me!

Only way to burn belly fat is Cardio.
Sorry to say there is no such thing as spot reduction. Crunches how ever will tone/ build/ strength your abs. But it’ll still be under that layer or fat until you burn it.

I jog abt a mile a day and it worked tons
jogging worked better than walking for me. I do step aerobics and the cardio workout is pretty good. Also you can try doing like 25 situps every night b4 bed it may help a little

do sit ups to tone ur abs, and go ona diet and do cardio….. bf% has to be low enoguh for ur abs to show.

lay down on the floor and lift your torso off the ground and your legs at the same time. Do this repeatedly. When you do this it isolates your core muscles. You can do this at the end of your couch or bed as well.

You have to lose weight all over your body – you can’t lose weight specifically on one part of your body. Crunches are a good way to tone your abs, but do them s-l-o-w-l-y. If you’re not getting results from 50 slow crunches a day, you won’t get results from 500 fast ones.

Listen, visit a gym where most of the people are somewhat out of shape, this way you will feel at home (fit-in).
Then consult an actual trainer located at the gym and ask your question.
Listen to his/her advice and begin your training.
Remember, should the trainer appear to have an ego or immediately ask for money get the hell out of the gym and try another.
A gym is designed to help you acquire the shape you want.
Practically, every recognized gym has a FREE trial period before a membership is required.
Joining a gym is a good place to get out of the house and meet new friends that are in the same situation as yourself; everyone can then work/train together etc…

u can get adominal muscles without losing fat but there harder to see, u have to feel them to no there actually there. a good way to lose fat faster is to keep your heart rate under 60% because burning fat as energy takes longer than using other energy forms so if u go over 60% of ur heart rate, it is harder to lose fat cause ur body cant turn fat into energy fast enough so it uses energy from other things

the best way to lose your belly fat is first you have to do a lot of cardio to burn the fat first and you have to do crunhes at least everyday or five times a week to burn the fat and tone your abs. The way to burn your ab is lower ab crunches first, side abs, top because lower part is the hardest part of all. Hope it works for you. enjoy doing all the crunches..hihih
