What Workout Is The Best To Burn The Fat Of Your Lower Belly?
You can’t really eliminate fat from just one part of your body, if you want a smaller belly, you have to burn the fat off of your entire body. Crunches and such, help strengthen yours abs, but the fat is still there, covering your ab muscles.
Basically, do cardio, running, swimming, biking, even walking will do. After you have burned the fat off, your stomach will appear much more defined, if not, do some more ab exercises. Of course, you must consistently do these exercises. You can’t expect to run one mile and lose 5 pounds! Just do anything to keep yourself active, in time you’ll have a nice flat tummy!

when i was in ballet we did a modified sit up. lay down, hold something heavy like a couch to keep your torso on the steady. straighten your legs so they are all the way up, so your your legs are perpendicular to the ground and then slowly lower them until they almost touch the ground…but don’t let them touch the ground…then raise them back up and start again. i hope that explains it well enough to get the idea across…
also i used to watch TurboJam infomercials and they do stomach exercises standing up…so they are engaging their stomach muscles with their legs and that targets different muscles. its hard to explain…but if you can find a vid on youtube.com or google or even on your tv…it could help. LOL

You can’t pinpoint where fat is going to burn. In other words, even if your work a muscle in a particular area, it doesn’t mean the fat is going to burn there any faster.
Aerobics and a good diet is what you need.

I’ve been trying to figure that out myself.
Some people say cardio workouts like….
swimming
running
jogging and such….
Others say sit ups or crunches.
I just do it all simultaneously, with cardio one day and toning exercise on others.
