Hey, Im a 21 year old male who is trying to lose my belly fat.
I workout about 4-6 days a week which includes weightlifting and cardio. Ive been doing this for about 3 months with little results. I assume it has to do with my diet so i was wondering if anyone can give me some healthy foods to eat that burn fat. Im looking for vegetarian foods or something with poultry. Thanks
