I am a 17 year old guy im very athletic but im getting a little out of shape since i stopped playing lacrosse. i was wondering what are the best types of excercises to do to lose belly fat the fastest. and then what is the best way to bulk up after losing the fat? or whether it would be faster to go straight to heavy weight lifting? thanks for any advice -d
