What Is The Specific Exercise That Burns Off Belly Fat Faster And Better Then Crunches And Sit-ups?
Have you ever tried this exercises?:
1. Lay flat on your back
2. Lift your legs up about 6 inches off the ground and keep them straight
3. Lift your head and shoulders up
4. Repeatedly move your arm up and down
It should work. It tightens the imuscles in your stomach and causes t to burn belly fat.

Crunches ans sit-ups tone your muscles, but you won’t see the results unless you use cardio exercises to burn off any belly fat. You should keep doing ab exercises, as well, because your abs will look great when you can see them. Plus, your muscle mass burns calories naturally. I recommend Pilates for ab work. So much easier on your back than crunches, and works a much larger region as well.
Walking, jogging, and jump rope are great cardio exercises that don’t require a lot of money.
I’ve read that jumping rope can burn up to 1000 calories, if done correctly. That’s much better than walking! It also works out your entire body. You can find instructional videos online.
