What Is The Best Exercise To Burn Fat Off Your Body?
I’m starting this new work out plan and I just wanna know the best way, especially around the belly area, so I won’t kill myself at the gym.

If you eat less than 1500 cals a day and power walk 2-4 miles a day, I promise that fat will drop right off! Swimming’s good too, but the cold water makes you hungry. Don’t forget strength training– muscle allows you to eat more AND burn more belly fat while you’re at rest. Good luck!
Definitely try running or walking though. You’ll see results in a week if you stick to it!

Honestly, just basic running works pretty well. It is fun, satisfying, useful, and burns calories like mad! it also requires almost no equipment (like weights or anything) and it builds up leg muscles. I’d suggest just running around your neighborhood for half an hour or so every morning, slowly picking up the pace or the distance.

There is no BEST way to loose weight. There is a different way to loose weight. What you should be aming for is 2 lbs per week. And you can’t loose weight in a specific area. Your stomach will start showing definition only when you start loosing weight overall.

you need to do cardio exercises such as running, swimming etc… which will burn off fat from all over your body, you cannot target a specific area to get rid of fat but cardio will reduce all of it after a while
