What Burns The Most Belly Fat – Running, Elliptical, Or Jump Roping?
A friend had told me that running is the best cardio exercise that burns t h most belly fat. I love to run, but I can’t stand treadmills, i just can’t run on them. So when I’m at the gym and I do cardio I do the elliptical (just in case anyone wanted to know, for this particular elliptical, i put the resistance up to 80 and i try to go as fast as I can while after each minute changing the incline from 1 to 10) and I also do alternating leg high knee jump roping (and some other exercises).
So when I’m not running, would doing these to exercises (for 20-30 min. each) be as good as running?

For the best results, do all three exercises. Not only will you burn fat off more completely, but you will also avoid getting bored with just one exercise. At the gym, do the elliptical and then skip rope, and later that day run or run early in the morning.

It all depends on the intensity of the workout. All 3 will burn fat, but how much you burn depends on how hard you work, and I agree, treadmills are extremely boring. If you can’t stand treadmills, try running at a nearby track, or running with a friend. It is a lot better than running on a treadmill.

There’s something called the ab cruncher. That really helps. I used this other machine that totally made my love handles go away. Yes, I believe it was the ab cruncher. You sit down, cross your arms on this thing on the side and you push down that thing that comes on the side. OK not the best explanation, but I tried my best.

To tell the truth, none of them target the stomach so my guess is they all burn about the same amount. They all involve the same movements as well.
