What Burns Fat More.. Running Or Belly Dancing?

plus… will belly dancing accentuate my bum and waist.. because i would really like to have a skinny waist.. but hips and a bum aswel.
so my question should be will belly dancing burn more fat than running but also define my hourglass figure?

You won’t lose weight bellydance, you may gain some muscle but belly dancing is not really geared towards losing x amount of punds. Unless you were dancing everyday for about 3 hours a day then you would get there.
Nothing compares to running with burning calories, when you run you are using your whole body to the max.
If you want run and do bellydance but bellydance is not that kind of aerobic stimulant that your body needs to really lose weight.

belly dancing because you’re burning fat and toning muscles at the same time do it for 30-90 mins a day for a couple of months and you’ll look slim and trim with a nice lil bootie lol.. hope this helps also drink skim milk and eat lots of fiber it helps achieve a smaller waist and flatter tummy
