The Best Diet For Burning A Little Extra Belly Fat???
I just need to burn off that extra little “roll” around my waist. Besides hard core exercise, any suggestions?

Cut down on foods and drinks that can cause you to bloat, such as sugar, salt, refined carbs (such as white bread) and carbonated drinks. Drink a lot of water, too. You will need to exercise, though, to tone those muscles. Even the skinniest of girls have belly-pouches if they don’t do some crunches!

if it is only a little around you belly it may be fluid retention, workout wearing cling wrap around your belly, it sounds silly but it works, also try eating a healthy diet low in bad fats and refined sugar, eat whole grain breads instead of white, and don’t just eat a couple of big meals, eat a lot of small and healthy meals, including fruit and veg, lean meat, low fat dairy and grains

breath using your diaphragm, that means when you breath in and out, your belly moves rather than your chest.
this will cause your tummy to exercise constantly, but with minimal effort!

besides exercise(which is a biggie) watch what you eat, maybe go to smaller portions of food…i’m not saying starve yourself just cut back on the carbs and sweets. hope it helps!
