I’ve been told many times that cardio is the best. As soon as it gets warm enough for me to get outdoors with my infant then I’ll be working on cardio. It gets your blood pumping and you’re ready to move and get things done.I’ve found that when I’m doing cardio then I feel more excited about the exercise and my goal.

Belly fat is like any other fat. It tends to be the last to go but fat storage is a systemic thing. So you can’t target specific areas as far as overall fat loss goes. Recent studies don’t really support the “fat burn” vs “Cardio” differentiation as much as the duration at a good level of exertion. Shoot for 45 minutes of about 70%. No more than an hour (due to deminishing returns) and do it every day. Also make sure you’re eating enough. Create the calorie defeciet by exercise and not by dieting. Eat no less than 80% of your daily caloric needs and eat 6-times a day. That will keep your blood sugar consistant, prevent the hunger that makes your body hold onto fat. Also balance your macro-nutrients: Carbos (complex fiberous) at 50%, Protiens (lean) at 35%, and Essential Fats (omega-6 type) at 15%.

you should stay in more fat burning workout…. because the high intensity of cardio is more to trian the heart, build more stamina. u are more focused on fat burning.. and also u have to eat less carbs..
