is walking uphill, let’s say 3.5mph, same as running at 6mph? i heard that you still burn fat if you walk uphill or jog. i’m trying to loose belly fat what would be the best for me? should i jog the entire time, sprint and walk, just walk uphill? i don’t really like running but i decided to do it to loose weight. i try to run about half a mile everyday loosing apprx 150calories will i eventually lose weight or is this nothing?
