Loosing Fat For Someone Who Isn’t Exactly “fat”?
Okay, so im 13, and i’m about 5″3 and a half, and about 117 pounds. I play soccer, and cheer for my school, so i do a lot of excersise, but i want to know what else i can do to burn belly fat. Im also always hungry, because of all the stuff im doing. I know im NOT fat, but i just want to get leaner. What’s a good “diet” to use, and what excersises actually WORK? thanks.

Sorry for rude comments you may get to your question.
But here isn’t the best place to ask this question, I could go ahead and tell you that cardio and running is great, no, the BEST for losing belly fat, along with eating a balanced diet of course (protein, meat, fruits, etc.), being that I have a great deal of knowledge of diets and working out…
But I won’t go into that. Because it’s best to hear what you should do in person. There are many reasons not to trust some responses here..
But lucky for you, you have excellent sources to ask!!
And it’s great you’re maintaining all that exercise in your daily activities. Keep it up. Just go ahead and ask your Girl coach you have for cheerleading (hopefully she’s a girl)
they’re there for more than looking after kids, they are actually trained in fitness & dieting, ha! what a coincidence!
So Good Luck!, and don’t stress yourself out, because once you have your growth spurt, it will disappear!! No Joke! You may not even have to worry about that fat in the first place
