Is Jogging A Good Way To Lose Belly Fat For A Guy?
I am not a total fatty. I just have a little more weight in my stomach area than I want. Is jogging a good way to burn it off?

Jogging and exercise in combination with a good diet will loose that gut. Even if you exercise quite a bit but still eat fatty food high in calories, it will never go away. On the same token, if you change your diet and don’t exercise, you will experience the same results.
Doing crunches or abdominal workouts would also help to tone up that area giving the appearance of it being smaller.

YEEEESSS!!! crunches are to tone your mid section. It would take alot of crunches to burn off belly fat. Any cardio is a good way to burn belly fat. Im a girl & its hard to get a flat tummy but all i do is jog and do a few sit ups in the morning & night and i’ve seen results. Good luck

cutting out the beers would help, and not eating heavy meals late at night so they lay on your stomach all night.
as for exercise, go for sit ups, brilliant for stomach muscles, straight up sit ups, and sit ups with bends to the sides.

Absolutely! Keep a good, firm, posture while jogging. It definately uses a lot of ab muscle work. Of course adding sit ups and plank position workouts to the regimen tones you up.

Yes, i think so. My friend named spencer lol has this same problem. He runs and stuff so yeah. cardio is a good way to burn off anything.
