Hey guys! im trying to burn off some belly fat, and get into shape for basketball….here’s my current schedule. what do you think?
Monday- Weight Training (Full Body [biceps,triceps,shoulders,])
Tuesday- Cardio
Wednsday- Cardio
Thursday – same as monday
Friday- Cardio
Saturday- Cardio
Sunday- off
I’m also cutting off fatty foods like sugar, sweets, sat. fats etc. i’m really monitoring my diet.
i’m hoping to cut fat off of my belly and add some muscle on my arms as well; at the same time being physically fit for basketball.
so do you think this is a good workout???
btw; this is just my offseason workout
