Don’t tell me Im to young please, i just want to lose a little bit and tone and try to get some noticeable muscles (but i cant do that if i have belly fat..)
what are some diet and exercising things i can do to burn it off fast.

Well this is how i did it. I simply let it take place overtime when working out. And i skip a lot of junk in my meals. Don’t let the diet be the first thing on your mind or you will lose motivation. But just skip on junk food and be more active.

Make a steady workout routine, like, 30 crunches and fifteen minuets of jogging a day, something small, your young and we dont want to make you too lean.

You cant spot-reduce (i.e. target) fat loss. Unfortunately the 1st place you put on fat is the last place you lose it. Make sure you are eating a healthy diet and get a healthy dose of exercise.

i just stopped eating junk food
and started doin crunchs and push ups
like 20 in the morning and 20 before u sleep everyday will
help alot and if u feel u can slowly increase how amny u do

You are not too young to have belly fat. It is very common for young people to have a little fat around their mid section. You need to do do ab training. Your body is still maturing and I don’t think that dieting is going to help, but I do know that ab training will help. Get a video that gives attention to the core muscles (stomach area). You should be ok by the summer. Remember, don’t stress yourself if you don’t get the results, you are still growing and maturing in your body. Good luck and be safe with exercising.

well first off, your belly is the first place THAT GAINS WEIGHT, and the last thing that LOSES WEIGHT.
dome some crunches, or buy a thing called “sauna belt”.
Its really great, I had it once but lost it somewhere, I bought it in my country. Its really hard to find in the stores, but they have something familiar to it.

(im reading this out of a magizine)
1. find out a healthy weight to get down at
2. don’t skip meals,
3. eat milk products
4. eat a helthy breakfast (with fruit + milk)
5. clear ur fridge + cuboard of junkfood
6. stay active (karate, yoga, soccer etc)
7. stretch and excersize for 30 min a day, and then after a month or so 1 hour a day

Crunches on a yoga ball so you work your muscle more if you can’t use a yoga ball lay on a chair with your lower body and pull your self up. Do this about 40 times a day for 2 weeks. Drink home made sugarless fruit smoothies and little solid food. Good luck:}

I didn\\\’t want to lose weight, I just wanted to feel more confident and better about myself so I started skipping.
