Right now im about 6’0 and weigh in at 183. I’ve got alot of muscle, and dont look fat, but i could lose some flab from my belly and my face

Hey guy, it depends on how many calories you are consuming!!!
You have to keep track and do your math! You have to burn more calories than you take in to lose weight. At 6’0″ and 183# you are good to go weight wise. You just need to tone up.
The sit ups (crunches) are your best bet for 6-pak abs and that’s what you are looking for. Your face is fat? Maybe your face shape is what you inherited. Faces usually lose weight as your body generally loses. If your muscles are well developed generally, then your weight is in the muscles, not fat. Just work on your abs.

3500 calories = a pound
500 cals a day for two weeks = 7000 cals
7000 divided by 3500 = 2 pounds
buts thats considering that you are not exceeding this amount in your calorie intake
