please help!!! ok so i have some stomach fat like maybee an inch or so and i need some fun ways to burn it off.well, i guess it can be whatever kind of exercise but it needs to work and get my stomach flat before school in september. also if you are skinny does it take longer than fat people to burn belly fat?
i am a size 1 but i just have a belly fat i need to get rid of. its not that i want to be skinnier just because but its a chunk of fat that needs to come off!!!
also i cant buy any diet pills or work out dvds or anything like that. i do have weights and i use wii fit but that doesnt seem to be working!
also does running help burn belly fat?
