I Need A Quick, Easy And Effective Way To Lose Belly Fat On My Lower Belly…to Burn The Fat And Tone My Tummy
i can’t do a lot of extensive working out, b/c i have muscle problems and i don’t have a very good place to do it…dieting helps to an extent, but i always fail my diets and i can lose a few pounds, and manage my eating after that but im a teenager and its hard to lose a lot of weight. is there any exercises i can do to burn this lower tummy fat? i just want a flatter toned belly. but i don’t have a very accessible place to do a big work-out…can anyone help?

you don’t need alot of room to do stomach crunches, better known as sit-ups. or you can go all out and do burpies, also known as benz and thrusts . those two exercizes for a teen ager like you is the best thing you can do. don’t cheat and have lipo-suction do it all natural. good luck.

Crunches, and sit ups will not shrink your belly! These exercises are used to tone muscle. In order to lose belly fat you will have to lose weight. The only way to do this effectively is to do lots of cardio. Why not invest in a treadmill or eliptical machine.

yes try mountain climbers, get down in a push up position now with one leg at a time pull each leg up to your chest in rapid secession until you feel the burn repeat as often as necessary works for me.

Diet, cardio and ab exercises all together. As much as anyone may claim, there is no one specific way to lose fat around the belly. You can’t do one exercise and suddenly your tummy is flat, you have to lose weight all around. You can’t specify were fat burns.
