I Am 14, And I Have Around 13% Body Fat. How Can I Gee This Down? It Is All In My Belly Area. Please Help?
I try to do exercises alot, and I can feel abs in my stomach when I do a crunch. My arms, legs, and shoulders are fit. My belly is not. I do not have good aerobic stamina at all. How can I burn this belly fat and gain stamina? I need a fast way, because I will stick with it. It can’t be way to intense though. Please help, thank you, God Bless, and Jesus Saves!

I would say just work on doing crunches. I do 30 regular crunches, then 30 to the left and 30 to the right.
