I’ve been working out all summer and i’m close as hell! I’m lifting weights and doing a mix of burpees and jump ropes for cardio before and after my workouts. But still it’s not enough to get off the last like half inch or so of fat across the stomach line. Everything else is tight and firm, i’m not a beginner so don’t give me the stupid amateur advice about nutrition and having to build muscle to burn off fat, already did, and do all that it’s just the last stubborn inches! all average joes making the transformation know about it.
What type of cardio can I do or foods can I eat to kick start my metabolism and burn off the last inches? I’ll be checking often so if you need more information i’ll add as I go along.
