How To Burn Off Belly Fat And Get A Ripped Physicue?
For guys, the most effective means of having a ripped physique is to do weight training. Intense work outs using barbells, dumbbells and other machines will really tone the muscles. Do also intense cardiovascular exercises. Ideally, do your work outs and cardios on separate days. Cardio exercises: jogging, power walking, running, swimming, cycling, treadmills… anything that will really make you sweat hard. Add also core exercises to your workouts… do crunches, leg raises and similar exercises for the abs.
Increase your intake of protein because that is the building blocks of muscles. Reduce your intake of salt and fats.
Note that even after months of training, the results are not going to show easily. Unless your body type allows you to be ripped faster. But still, be persistent… continuous training will eventually make you reap the rewards you want: an amazingly toned body.

You need to lose fat to make the stomach flatter. Eat a few more snacks during the day and try to vary your cardio routine to include more intensity, this will cause the body to burn more calories, thus burning more fat, and therefore providing a leaner stomach. Abs exercises strengthing and enlarge the ab muscles, which does not provide a leaner, flatter stomach. Only proper eating and exercise can help you achieve that.

You can’t burn off fat from any specific area of the body. Your body will burn fat deposits pretty much equally. If you want to be have ripped abs, you have to be really lean all over. Crunches and sit ups for ab work.

I too have belly fat but all I want is a flat stomach, I don’t care to have a 6 pack or whatever.
For me, I have found in years past when I had ambition to do crunches/sit-ups, they work best at removing belly fat.
Reduce or eliminate ALL alcoholic beverages, eat less than 2000 calories per day, walk a mile or more per day, and do 50-100 crunches every day, rotating the amounts every other day, maybe 50 one day, 100 the next, then back to 50, and so on. In 4-6 months you should see marked improvement.
