Your will also push up onto your toes to create a flat plane from your head to your feet. Suck in your stomach and hold; this strengthens your core. 2) Look on the web and find any exercises that focus on core training. 3) Light weight training. I lift up to eight lbs. in between cardio routines doing squats, arms, and leg toning exercises. Muscle burns more calories when your body is at rest. Weight training helped me lose a stubborn extra twenty lbs. This kind of training will lead to overall body fat loss and will help you in the abs area.
