Allright, I am 13 and a half, I have been tortured by these horrible fat thighs, some butt fat, and this belly fat all my life, maybe like 2 1/2 inches more than it should be, i heard that sit ups will only build muscle, not burn fat. I’m also really big-boned, and Vegitarian, i drink like 1-3 cups of soymilk a day….is that good, i do eat some dairy, just not meat, so please help me!!!!
