Well the bad news is that you cannot burn just belly fat. The good news is that doing cardio will burn fat through out your entire body. Get on your bike and ride until the wheels fall off. Start to do some running/jogging. Get your heart rate up, eat healthy, and at your age the weight should come off pretty easy. The attached article says basically the same thing…
