First…you need to stock your fridge with healthy foods…Fruit juices, no fat yogurts, fruits and vegitables, pita breads and salsa…the list goes on. snack on theses throughout the day. then have a small dinner. that’s how i do it.

you cannot burn fat in spot areas, you must burn the fat of the whole body. You’ll need to burn more calories than you take in and exercise to burn off what is stored in you.
