like the first answer is, you cant lose fat in one area of the body, you have to lose it everywhere while your exercising, go out for a jog in the morning, go to the gym, and work out, when you come home do some push-ups/crunches before you hop in the shower, just simple easy exercises will surprise you quickly if you do them all right
