i weigh 200 pounds i wanna loose 20-30 pounds right now in the stomack and of course everywhere eles. if i run a treaDmill how many minutes should i run to loose 500-600 calories. if i eat healthy and excerise daily how many pounds could i loose per week or so? i dont know how to figure all that out. if i do that can i loose 20 pounds in 2 or 3 months? what are the best excerises to loose belly fat by the way and how long and how many to do it? i know the eat healthy part i just wanna know the excersise and all that. if you can help me answer all those. 10 points. thanks
