hey im 15 and i got only a little fat on belly, but its enough to hide my sexy 6 pack ;) hahaa but like when i pull my fat down, there it is. so what are some good ways to lose that fat? i play varsity tennis but seasons almost over, however i play everyday nevertheless. so could i just keep playing tennis and itll burn or do i have to do extra running exercies on top of that and whatnot? thanks alot!
