Fastest Way To Burn Belly Fat And Build A Six Pack? …i’m A 25 Year Old Male.?
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Well 70% is eating healthy, I don’t care how much exercise you do, if your consuming more calories than your burning your going to get or stay fat. So you need to consume less calories and burn more. The best way is to eat less or more healthy. OK also you must exercise and stay within a program. You can run 3 times a week or cross train which would be even better for burning fat and then do weights 3 times a week, or to substitute if you don’t have weights you can do calisthenics. You should do total body workouts, so that you hit every major muscle group. The ways suggested are the best ways to burn fat. Also don’t eat after 7pm, if you do eat like rice cakes, an apple, something that wont upset your healthy eating plan. This is not a diet, a diet is starving yourself. That is not recommended as it will only make you fatter in the long run, because your body will go in deprivation mode and will burn muscle and that’s what you really don’t want to do. Because less muscle mass equals more fat, as your body can’t burn fat like it could before with more muscle. So if you haven’t noticed how chicks or people who diet end up fatter and will keep dieting because its a quick way to burn fat, but in the long run they are just depriving themselves and burning muscle and the end result is they get fatter not skinnier when they start eating normally again, so don’t diet. So the best thing is to eat healthy and if you can eat 6-7 times a day that would be ideal every 2-3 hours to get the best fat burning experience. Bodybuilders actually eat like this all the time, when they are cutting up for competitions. You can too to get the 6 pack you want. So I would advise to have a protein, ie lean meat or a whey meal replacement, and a starch ie potato or something small. The meals should be small and just enough to keep your body in a fat burning mode. Also for some inspiration on your quest for a leaner and cutter you, you should start reading Muscle and Fitness I have read hundreds of these mags, cover to cover and they always have interesting things to know, to keep you in the best shape ever. Good luck and if you do as I mentioned you can get a 6 pack in no time, but remember you didn’t get the way you are in one day it took years, also it will take a while to get the perfect look you want, you can do it just stick to it, so keep that in mind.
