Hi man,
your diet is an important part of slimming your waist. By simply trimming a few calories everyday your results will begin to show. I usually just change a few of the things that I eat each day, and make healthier choices. I eat a lot of fruit instead of sugary snacks. I cut back on processed carbohydrates. These would include breads, pasta, rice, and potatoes. If I eat any of these it is always the whole wheat variety. Do not go on a crash diet, the goal is to be able to maintain the loss over the long haul.
That is 50% of losing weight
Another half is exercises so don’t rely on each on 100%.
You can’t do one without another and think you might get cool abs.
As for exercises I recommend this:http://www.loseweighttruth.com

Targetted weight loss is quite difficult, many would state impossible, but the one method that really delivered for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials left, it was reported in Fox News and USA Today. I melted away 20 pounds, it really does work!

All the medics and dieticians say targeted weight loss is unlikely, especially in the waist and belly zones, but I achieved it with acai berry. I understand they say that pills don’t work, nevertheless they certainly worked for me, and they have been shown on CNN too. There is a free trial happening at the moment at http://mapacers.t28.net , why not check it out, what have you got to lose?

Yes, many! Sit ups and most cardio activities help work your abs, even when you don’t know it.
