Does Working Out Get Rid Of Belly Fat Or Make Muscle Beneath It?
I kind of have abs but, I also have this annoying layer of that that is about 3 inches too much for my liking. If I were to work out my abs (and other areas too) would muscle be created beneath it or will the fat burn off?

Both. You will create more muscles and, because of that, you’ll burn fat (because you need more energy to maintain your muscles).

if u do sit-ups, itll just make a layer of muscle under the fat. u need to do cardio to actually burn off the fat, THEN u can start sit-ups to make a top layer of muscle.

If you work out the fat will be burnt-as long as you don’t eat all those fattening things.
