Does Owning A Mini Trampoline Help You Burn Excess Fat?
My cousin bought me a mini trampoline just like his for my birthday and I like using it. I’m not fat but that slight pot belly has started to go away. Does it also help build up muscle in any way? If so in what way?

Any exercise is better than not doing any exercise.
You might increase your aerobic fitness a bit.
You need to do load bearing exercise to build muscle. Best thing I can think of is to try using some hand weights while your jumping – not quite sure how safe that would be though.

yes it gets rid of extra fat – your body in constantly moving everywhere when your on it. not sure about the muscle.
actually yes in your legs and calfs you will get big ones thats why i never do it haha ive just remembered.

don’t expect to get ripped using a trampoline. your just burning more calories. its like the difference between some one siting and lining down.

it would help build up your leg muscles because your using them to jump up and down on
