leg fat responds very well to work-outs. the belly fat, however, is one of the hardest to burn. First of all, if this is not for health reasons, you probably think you are 3x fatter that you really are, don’t get so hung-up on appearance. The best thing for your tummy is to get your heart rate up for at least 30min 3x week (start burning the cal…). Believe it or not you should ask your doctor what workout is best for you, you may be surprised at how helpful it may be. Good luck and remember this, your already beautiful, just workout to stay healthy and you should spend just as much time worrying about your brain as you do about your body. People will respect you more for the latter when you are older.
