my height s 5.7 and weight 55. everythng in my body is perfect except my tummy. if i flatten my abs i wud be in perfect figure. i ride excercise cycle in home for 15 mins (burn 100 calories) daily. wht else can i do? pls help me.

Cardio workouts are the best way to burn calories, i’ve heard 20mins of cardio exercise 3-5 times a week works, and I tried it and IT DID! But you’re already doing that, 90 sit ups each day works wonders.

Sit on a chair, straighten your legs and slowly lift your heels about a foot off the ground; hold them there for about ten seconds and then slowly lower them again. Do this for five or ten minutes a day.
But remember lots of blokes think a gently rounded belly is just the thing!

I forgot to say. I shouldn’t think you are the least bit fat with your height and weight but your abdominal muscles are probably a bit slack. That’s why I suggest the exercise.

Spot reduction is virtually impossible without surgery. I suggest you take up hula hooping which works specifically on the waist line and can help to break up fat there with it’s massaging action. I lost a couple of inches in a month using it for 5 mins each day.
